Your bedroom includes some furnishings and has a twin reach-in closet with shoe and overhead racks. It also has a half bath, large oriental rug, chest of drawers, cable TV and curtains. It is away from the main rooms and is sound proof. The generous and furnished front porch has a great Bar-B-Que area only a few steps down from the front porch. The living room has a ceiling fan and working fireplace. The kitchen is a chef's working kitchen with a 6'x5' chef's table that is 1/3 Carara marble and 2/3 Brazilian cherry wood. It also includes gas ovens and cook top, disposal, ceiling fan, and fireplace. Ceilings are 12 feet through out the home with central air and heat and extra, large A/C in the kitchen. Washer/Dryer is in house.
--Dogs OkI am an outgoing chef and run a cooking school, travel often and have many friends. People eat over here several times a month. Your $200 a week rent is INCLUSIVE. Water, gas. electricity, cable television with HBO, land line phone with free long distance and internet are all paid . Your drinks and food are not, but you can chip in if you like with me or my friends and me. The neighborhood is very safe with regular police patrols and has large, beautiful homes with mostly permanent residents. Parking is no problem except for Carnival (I have road cones). You are two blocks from the ferry boat that goes to Canal street, River Walk shopping, Westin place shopping, Harrah's Casino, a LOT of the great restaurants, every street car line, all bus routes, the Hilton and Canal Place gyms and the View Carre'.
