Seeking at least 5 years of experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 defense contractor managing complex military centric programs focused on the design and manufacture of optics, electro optics, or opto-mechanical components from concept to end user delivery, including all proposal and negotiation requirements with key military personnel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: *** Strategic plan development *** Interpreting customer requirements *** Driving program execution in accordance with specific military standards *** Interface with various internal departments: contracts, finance, and engineering *** Gather, analyze, and disseminate market intelligence information *** Utilize Earned Value Management principles to manage program finances and budget.
