My name is Ms. Mckinley and I recently leased, as well as paid for 24 months in advance, a one bedroom 850 sqft, unit. Due divorce and other family reasons, I re-located back to Atlanta after only being in New Orleans for a week. And now will be renting the unit out rather than living there. As such, I'm renting it for extremely cheap. All utilities are included and the rent will be only $250 per month! However, the entire year must be paid up front! I will be allowing the first come, first serve applicant move in at $3600 for the entire 12 months paid upfront. Then nothing else is due for the whole year, because all utilities are included!

About the unit: 200 Carondelet located at 200 Carondelet St. New Orleans, LA 70130. on the 18th floor and it is fully furnished compliments of the building. It comes with a view of St. Louis cathedral, straight down bourbon st. Apartments are on the CBD side, one block from the French quarter and just walk to the super dome. You can enjoy skyline vista of downtown New Orleans, or a view of the Mississippi river out the window. Or just get all of your banking and shopping done right in the middle of Downtown New Orleans. Inside the apartment you will enjoy the full-size washer and dryer, European-style kitchen with granite counter tops, huge closets, tiled floor and big bay windows. All utilities are included, there is no credit reference needed and no credit check. Also, pets are allowed with a $500 one time pet fee and 2 pet maximum (no pet over 30 lbs.)

Situation: Due to me being here in Atlanta I am renting out my own apartment, and doing it as a sublette or a co-occupant. It is unavailable for view and the leasing office will not be showing it either. However, I will be providing copies of my lease to prove ownership.

Process: With that said, I will be exchanging pictures of state issued IDs and agreeing to a simple rental agreement stating that you will be a co-occupant residing as a subletter, with me for the duration of one year. This will all be done via email and before money is sent. Once done, the $3000 will be deposited directly into my bank account. From there I will be emailing the copy of your ID to the leasing office, letting them know you are the co-occupant moving in to co-occupy my space and sublet for 12 months. Because the unit is already paid for and I am the main leaseholder, no credit checks or job references are needed from you. Last step is you show up with your ID, sign the lease as the co-occupant, pick up the second set of keys that I have left there and YOU'RE IN! Simple.
