We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the company owner. To be successful in this role, a candidate should be reliable, organized, enjoy variety and possess previous experience working in an administrative role in a construction, mechanical or engineering service company.

• Anticipate needs and help the owner with scheduling and preparation
• Handle visitors and incoming calls
• Support editing and preparation of documents and forms
• Help organize and support the office, e.g. purchasing supplies and basic maintenance of equipment
• Assist with web marketing and promotion

• Well organized and enjoy helping others to stay organized
• Adaptable and enjoy variety in your work
• Experience using office equipment (e.g. computers, copier, fax, phones)
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet
• Strong reading, writing, typing, and basic computer skills
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work well with others
